(no subject)
i don't know. is this a nor-easter? a blizzard? what exactly is the term to use? we're over half-way to the 2 feet predicted. maybe even at 2 by now. hard to tell with all the wind and snow drifts. i do know that i'm very much not looking forward to the shovelling. this will not help my back. but that's ok because the pilates that i'm sort of doing with my physical therapist aren't doing much anyway. and i just got notice today from my insurance company that they haven't been covering any of it either. fun call to be made monday morning.
my finger is healing though. so that much is good. i managed to cook tonight without severing anything vital.
am i the only one disappointed by the lack of at least a few eggs on thursday? something?
the boos and chants were nice, but i'm sure he couldn't hear them anyway with "rhinestone cowboy" blasting from his limo radio. he probably thinks "the people" - "his people" - as i'm sure we all must be (popular vote, mandate and all), have nicknamed him "duke" or something.
i should sleep.
