okay.. i think im almost over it now...
the other day I told myself that there will always be stupid fans... i need to take my own advice and just ignore them... cuz there's nothing I can do about it.
If SKIN works out well, I think JRock will be the first international asian music that will be big. And... I don't know... Miyavi says... he's proud of being a Japanese musician. I wanna be proud of him, too. But it's so hard. Sometimes, it's just EMBARASSING, you know?
I hate how Japanese Rock is associated with anime so much. I hate all those emo kids that think VK is emo. I hate how everyone always asks me "OMG HAVE YOU HEARD READY, STEADY, GO??" whenever I mention L'Arc. L'ARC IS MORE THAN JUST A LOUSY OPENING TO ANIME OKAY!?!? *anger*
I think people really think I'm weird. Just because I listen to JRock... It's not weird...
I think... at least with JRock... compared to anime/videogame/jpop fans... we have the least amount of wapanese weirdos o_O;; .. but they still pop up once and a while... but JRock is considered really cool now by some "regular" people. I think... it'll be accepted. Of course, there will always be those who are prejudiced against things that are different.. but overall... it's the right time for JRock... *crosses fingers*
I WANT JRock to do well in the U.S., and around the world. Miyavi and all the other bands.. I want them to be able to say they are Japanese musicians proudly. They should be proud. They deserve to feel that way.
