Where I be comin' from, yo.
SO I usually don't post twice in a day, however, I am really excited. I was poking around Flickr and came across pictures of where I grew up in Illinois. I was actually born in Indiana, but I moved to Illinois when I was very young, and spent about 8 years there. So yes.
I can't post the pictures, because of copyright issues, but if you're curious, you can go here and the first nine on that page are photos of my area of Illinois. The pictures of the pink tower at sunset, or the big tall white tower, are of the St. Charles Municipal building.
The bridge over the river with the train on it looks very much like one that was about 10 blocks from my old house. When you see the name Geneva or Batavia, that's part of the Tri Cities. I grew up in St. Charles, the third one. So yes. That's my history in a nutshell. :)
