[Tsukasa's lying on a wooden pier, dipping his hand into the water, smiling. The sun is just barely rising, and there's not many people out. Those that are ignore Tsukasa, which is just fine with him.
A girl kneels near him, putting a hand on his shoulder.
"Tsukasa?"
"... Subaru. You're up early..."
"I was worried about you."
Tsukasa blushes slightly, and sits up, leaning against Subaru. "You don't have to..."
"I want to, though."
He looks up at the sun, as it rises above the buildings.
"You're... very kind, Subaru."
Now it was her turn to blush. "Ah... thank you, Tsukasa." She puts her arm around Tsukasa's shoulders, and something inside him feels warm.
"You should rest, Tsukasa..." She brushes her hand across his cheek, and he nods.
"I... I wanted to. But I was worried about someone taking my stuff while I did, since I can't log off..."
"I'll watch over you." She smiles at him. "I'll keep you safe."
"... Thank you."]
[Tsukasa blinks as he wakes, staring at the Dreamberry. He clicks it off and flops back onto the pillow. Five more minutes... he can get up after that.]
