Ambien(tm) panic is about to happen. There is one left, and one is not enough. I eat them a half at a time to extend the supply. Last night I tried to sleep without one and it was a complete disaster. Oh I sleep...eventually...but it is tortured, uncomfortable, stressful sleep that leaves me tired as soon as I wake up. Sometimes I miss the old days. Yes THOSE old days. The ones I have worked so hard to move forward from.

Ok I finished Palahniuks "Diary". At first it was getting on my nerves but by 1/3 of the way in he hit his stride. Certainly not the heaviest book...I'd put it in the category of "Beach Book", which is what my buddy Greg White calls books that are light enough that you can pay casual attention to and still find enjoyable.
