the stats page of my rideBikes bloggity blog continures to be a huge source of amusement. Today, I had no less than 7 views from people who were searching for"naked yoga". Funny thing is, I don't remember ever even having the words naked or yoga on there EVER, so why rideBikes is coming up in search results for those terms I couldn't not tell you.

Ummmm...there is a race every year at the trail we ride several times a week.
This year, it's going to be an endurance race...6 hours. GDub is pretty set on doing it, and I'm 68% there. We won't be going for a win of course, but to FINISH at all would be freakin awesome. Talk me into that final 34%. Wanna sponsor our team?

Shawn White tried the 1080 19 times unsuccessfully in Skate Vert Best Trick. He really did come close to making it like 3 times. As far as I am concerned, the gigantic fakies he did to set up for the 1080 were the coolest LOOKING trick of the whole session. Alright.Okay. I gotta give credit where its due. Tonight at X-Games, Freestyle Moto-cross dorknugget Travis Pastrana pulled a double backflip to claim the gold in Best Trick contest. I spend alot of time watching oldschool BMX vids on YouTube these days. I've also begun to archive pics of old bikes, and discovered that there is quite a collector scene for the kinds of bikes I rode throughout my teenage years.
Also found out that there is a documetary about the rise of BMX called Joe Kid On A Stingray. I will own it soon.

Ok...Mens Snowboard Halfpipe, Torino 2006. What else can really be said about Shaun White? The guy is just a prodigy. With Shaun, it has not been a matter of IF he would get a gold medal, but rather how close would the margin be between his score and the Silver.
