Watched an absolutely fascinating show about conjoined twinsAbigail and Brittany Hansel last night. You may remember my fascination with conjoined twins from when I suggested that BabyLand General make me a custom made conjoined twins Cabbage Patch Doll.
These girls were so interesting. They each have a distinct personality, but require a constant sense of communication to do most things, since each of them can only FEEL thier HALF of the body, until below the waist. Heres a list of thier shared and unshared organs:

The show was sort of focused on the twins turning 16 and getting thier drivers licenses...which they BOTH had to get...two tests! In school, in some subjects the teachers ask them to take seperate tests, but others ask for just one. The girls both like different subjects. They showed alot of footage of the girls being very -normal-, socking some hits on the softball field, riding a bike, and of course they paralell parked with thier driving instructor. There were moments when they were downright bratty with thier mom and thier brother. There was footage of them each individually talking on the phone, and then there was a time where they shared a phone that went between thier heads. They seemed to have alot of friends in school, and had an interesting way of instant messaging...each time they would type something they would have to preface it with "brittany says" or "Abbey Says", but would often refer to themselves as "I" in a singular way when online.
But lets stop beating around the bush folks. I want to know the same thing you want to know. What is going to happen to these girls lives when they discover sex? They are 16...and they were certainly doing a little bit of flirty biznes with a couple if thier male friends at school in some of the footage, and although they did not want to reveal who...they made it apparent that they indeed have had some crushes, and that they world of sexuality was going to be one they would eventually want to embrace.
So, from the waist up, they can each only feel thier respective sides of thier body...but from the waist down they share thier organs and the associated sensations. This leads to a zillion questions. Are you technically having sex with both of them when you do it? How are they going to handle that...they both have such distinct personalities that they are certainly going to like different kinds of boys. Can they turn thier heads in such a way that they can kiss each other and do you think they have tried it? When they do it, will one girl have an orgasm from certain types of sensations while the other finds the same stimulation not to her liking? How in the hell will they masturbate without at least one of them feeling like they are having sex with another girl?
I ask these not out of a perversion, but a general curiousity. You could sort of tell that thier doctor wanted to try and answer some of these questions on the show, but doesn't really have any answers because its not something the girls are going to know until they try it.
I also wonder if they alternate on who wipes the butt after a poopin? Is one of them a slob and the other neat and tidy, and if so, doit cause complications. Do they both like the same kinds of foods, and also, since they share a large intestine which gets double the amount of waste...do they have gigantic megapoop?
I will say this. These girls were adorable. They have not let being conjoined hold them back in any way that I could tell, and seem like regular bratty 16 year olds.
