Love & Neglect... or, Why My Cat is a Bad Feminist
I have a post I need to write entitled "This Week in Dating," but that will have to wait til I have more time.
In the meantime, a quick reflection:
Yesterday, I accidentally shut the cat on the porch all day. She was so sad!! But then when I let her out, she was totally grateful and ever since, she's been way affectionate and fuzzy. (Well, she's always fuzzy.)
The point is, this is a poor way to train your human. (Accidental) neglect should not equal sweetness and rainbows. My cat needs some lessons in empowerment... while I profit off her snuggles. : )
