Walking the Ligne, #7 and BONUS 7bis, plus the Difference Between Good Tired and Bad Tired.

First, metro lines! Sorry it took a while, but I walked the 7 on Sunday and then I had to work. Plus it's a LONG one (15.3 km!) which means a lot of captions to write. But now you get two: 7 and 7bis, which I did yesterday after work (it's a short one). I also walked line 8 today, which I'll get to in a minute, but let's just say the pictures won't be up tonight.
But here you go: Line 7 pictures (and map), and line 7bis pictures (and map).

Second: I am good tired, having just walked the 8, went home, dropped off laundry, walked around Père Lachaise with a friend, came back to put my laundry in the dryer, discovered someone had stolen my laundry bag, trudged back home to get some plastic bags to put my clothes in, and trudged back with three plastic bags full of laungry. This is good tired, despite having my laundry bag stolen (which was just lame).

Bad tired has been coming from sitting around my school, feeling ineffective in class, having students not come, and knowing that I'm making absolutely no difference even when they do deign to show up. Then, when I don't have class, bad tired comes from sitting around and killing time for 2, 3, 4 hours at a stretch. If I have to wake up at 6:30, don't get home til 5 or 6 pm, and only teach a maximum of 5 hours per day, how is it that I'm only getting paid for 12 hours a week of work? I don't like to have a bad attitude - really - but let's just say, I'm grateful that there's a massive strike tomorrow and there won't be the right kind of transport to get me to work. Even though the only class I like is the one on Thursdays.

Back to being good tired, and good HUNGRY. Dinnertime! Yay!
