Ants: Some stragglers remain, and I'm too tired to bother nuking them (and being the persistent little buggers they are, they'll probably mutate into nuclear-immune ants and come back to haunt me anyway... Mutated turtles, I can deal. Mutated ants is a blasphemy to all that is good and pure and true). Most of them were gathered around my PRINTER. wtf? What food can you possibly find in a printer? I buy original Canon inks (no choice, stupid me just had to get the printer without the compatible, cheaper inks D:), and I don't recall getting them extra-sweet.
I've thrown away the stack of paper they were on (MOSTDISGUSTINGPILEOFPAPERSI'VEEVERHELD) and shifted the printer closer to the door. This way, even if they come back, they won't have to come any further into my room.
Room: Wiped and mopped all surfaces with bleach/multi-purpose whatchamacallit that mom left in my room. Never thought I'd end up using it, but there ya go. Perfume gives me a headache, but I can take the fumes from petrol, paint, antiseptic, and cleaning fluid no problem. :P Considering the ants have sullied the sanctity of my room, however, I can't wait to move out.
Yeah, they won. SEETHE.
Fanfic: Why why WHY am I getting FFVII/TMNT cross-overs?! T_T This is so wrong! Damn the turtles and their very canon ability to cross dimensions. I wouldn't even have to set it in the KH world (its set-up makes any crossover a possibility), because the turtles get their OWN portals!
Weight: I'm glad to know I can still fit into my jeans despite spending the last five days sitting on my ass with my nose stuck in my book and only leaving to eat. Bear in mind, it's all relative: I'm not thin, I'm just thinner than when I first started in NUS. In the hope that all this doesn't go down the drain during my three-month slack-off in Malaysia, I'm going to really need to get a job. Legally-binding agreements that force me to get up, walk out, join humanity and go to work are the only way to get me moving.
