working on the world's best TODDLER egg hunt
i'll working on modesty once easter is over and done! :)
I've now added:
2 mini rubber duckies
2 mini slinkies in rainbow colors and springy shapes
3 mini rubber frogs
12 knit strawberries
5 carousel tokens (a parent can ride with our hunters free, because they are young & short)
5 ice cream gift certificates from a local dairy (yumyum)
i thought i'd just skip the carousel until next year, but i decided that 2 year olds really love carousels (lucy does anyhow) and that magic might not be as magical next year. or maybe it will be....but i'm crazy like that ;)
in other news, i was all around town today seeking RHODES DINNER ROLLS and BUNCH CARROTS WITH TOPS. if GIANT doesn't have them tomorrow (that's our fist stop), then we'll have to make a special wegmans run. shoprite surprisingly had bunched carrots, but they were fat-- and really, what is the point of a bunched carrot with a top if not to be skinny? i can buy carrots on thursday to serve on saturday right? they should be fine in the fridge? (trust me, whereever i find them, i'm buying TONS)
