Back. Tired. Unable to sleep...
Will continue this when I lack brain dead.

All right. Family vacation wasn't too bad; it was the first time my grandpa didn't have to go to work six of seven days, and my grandma was still estatic about not having to clean houses. This made for a good mood all around.
However, my grandma had signed up to be a test subject for a government-thing. For breathing medication. Well the geniuses decided to take her off all medication for a week to clean out her systems for the next test. I can understand why they need to do that, really, that doesn't mean I have to like it. At all.
It's scary to watch your grandmother, who has never appeared frail in her life, become unable to walk across the room without having to sit and fight for air. This is the woman who still goes out with her husband to cut and haul trees. Who still splices her own wood for the winter. It was...scary.
Thankfully, though, she only had to deal with it for one week before she recieved her new medicine. After that she was better, but still ran out of breath quicker than usual. It stillwasnt pleasant to realize how old Grandma actually was.
Still, on a happier note. Me and my sister were able to spend more time with Grandpa. This included crawling all over the Oregon Caves. I spent an hour and a half in a cave only about two degrees warmer than my refrigerator! (On a day that's getting up into the hundreds this was a very good thing.) All of us spent a lot of time at the lake. Where I ended up babysitting for total strangers.
...Yeah. But I enjoyed it; they were cute kids ^_^
I also got to go splice wood with Grandpa and Grandma. We got about a cord in two hours which isn't too bad, considering. And I learned how to hang clothes on a clothes line for maximum drying. The clothes smelled really nice. ^_^
I was also reading a novel or two a day while I was down there. I cleaned out Grandma's stash in five days. Also, I was able to learn a bit more about my dad. And read a really funny letter he sent to Grandma before I was born.
'Dear Mom,
[blank line]
PS...'
...I miss my dad.
Transformers-wise me and my sister ended up at Walmart while my Grandma was having her tests done for the breathing medication. I found a Voyager: Blades there and almost died on the spot. I was very sad when I found out that I couldn't afford to spend twenty dollars on the guy at the time T_T (My sister dragged me away by the hair to go look at posters so I couldn't mourn in peace.)
However! My Grandma intoduced me and my sister to eBay on one of the few times she hauled out her computer! (formally introduced, as in, more than just letting us warily poking through the selections in complete bafflement) There I got the entire Infiltration series for only twelve-fifty including shipping and handling. My sister got a DVD for a penny.
Now I hope I don't get a slip of paper going 'Ha-Ha, Sucker!'
It was a good vacation overall but I'm glad to be home.
I love my grandparents.
