I didn't know I needed to do this....

For as long as I have had this thing, I have respected you people. I have assumed you possesed intellegence greater than that of the typical garden slug, and have thus acted accordingly. However, today it was brought to my attention that, in the case of some of you, I have been horribly mistaken.

Forgive me.  I was unaware that this entry was ( Read more... )

If this is me being mentioned...screw you. As far as I am concerned, you jumped to conclusions based on your suppositions and prejudices against me. You had no right to speculate publicly about my affairs, whether or not you were right.

Though I am strictly innocent of many of the crimes of intelligence presented here... maybe you didn't mean me at all.

Completely innocent. You of ALL people would never do something as obscene as any of these.

Excuse me, I need to mop up that puddle of sarcasm that just dripped off those words before it interferes with my internet connection.

"you, conformists"

Did you misplace the comma, or am I now the representitive of all conformists?

(Assuming the latter since you are perpetually errorless)Yea, well, what can I say? Dating classical musicians is all the rage nowadays.

Actually, the rage is dating jazz musicians. While we aren't as adept as naming classical scores, we are a little faster at beating out time signatures, chord changes, and minor thirds than our conservative counterparts, especially when pursuing monumentally pathetic games like "name that time signature" at Prom.

Jazz and classical musicians go together like G-major and E-minor. (If you don't get it, ask your favorite bassist to explain.)

Regardless of the trend, I've got my bases covered. Or bassists. Either one, really.
