I can now proudly claim that I've tasted 99% dark chocolate.

Lindt has the 70% and 85% variety, and they both taste excellent. Last week I found a 99% variety, and decided that I just had to try it. ...simply put, it has a taste that kills your tongue and wipes any flavour you might still have in your mouth from lunch.
