Is it possible for your voice to change when you are female and in your mid-20s (gag!)? I lost my voice sometime in early December. It came back by Christmas time, but it didn't seem like it came back entirely. Whenever I'm out, I notice my voice is sore at the end of the night. Mostly because of shouting over loud music. i read somewhere once, that as women get older their voices get lower. Which is why teenage girls sound really shrill and when their mother's yell at them they sound much deeper.

Maybe you're in transition? (also check for throat cancer)

I looked up the symptoms to throat cancer, and it freaked me the fuck out!!! I'm really scared now!

Hey love, maybe you should go and get yourself checked out.
