Thanksgiving menu

For those of you who did not join us this year for various reasons, I thought I would post this years menu over which you can drool. Start preparing for next year, because you don't want to miss out again. ;)

3 types of scones: Cranberry Almond, Pumpkin Butterscotch and Lemon Poppy Seed.

Appetizers:
Heirloom tomato bruschetta with balsamic reduction.
Macaroni and truffled bechamel cheese sauce.
Channa Masala and garlic naan.
Grilled Artichoke with chipotle aioli.

Main Meal:
Demitasse of potato leek soup with white truffle oil.

Butternut squash gnocchi with pancetta, sage and Parmesan.

Autumn Salad.

Sage roasted turkey with cider sage gravy
Garnet yams with maple sugar and maple struessel
Haricot Vert in a wild mushroom cream sauce with caramelized shallots
Chorizo cornbread stuffing
Prickly Pear Chutney

Pumpkin Bavarian, 4 layer chocolate stout cake and Caramelized apple parfaits.
