Ick!
5:30am slept in ::yawn:: Does not bode well for day. Spent evening in confused whirl of buying and installing new tech just to view Crossroad Blues avi files. Finally worked after much pouting (sorry Red who patiently sat through the tantrum) and angst (oh and Apple double-dipping into my plastic - gimme those $ back I need them for citrus tarts).
But in the end all worth it for the excellence of the episode and fun of IMing comments throughout the ep). Great blues music. Lovely visuals, cool demon snarly sound effects and bloody demon eyes. Lots of clever camera work. Important question, how is it that Sam (Sam???) has started getting hotter (deep voice, taller, bigger phew!). Is it the fact that his acting has gone up a notch this season, or just that I am shallow even when he isn't wearing a towel?
And Dean - Dean, Dean, Dean. More fabulous cracks. Dean - don't you dare do that with the demon - ooops. Bad Dean. But cute. Very very cute. Love face muscle acting. Poor HotPapa - still dead, and SUFFERING. Save Papa's soul Dean. Angst, lots of angst. Sign of torment to come. Want torment now. And damn you Kripke for teasing us with such a rocking montage for the next eps. Now that is just completely unfair. Want those episodes NOW - angst and the SECRET - ooh and car and gun porn, and Winchester action sequences. WOW!!
Must now stagger to gym and work off hormones and clear mind to finish Crimean war scene (mirage moved further away) that got tossed aside when CB arrived. Then I can make time tonight for the Usual Suspects and more Crossroad Blues.
