Hi all,
this is a poem that I rote myself. If you guys like it, I will post more poems that I wrote. Enjoy.
Saturate our hearts

Every day we walk around,
Our hearts dry and hard as stone.
With a high closed wall around it.
Never outside our comfort zone.

Our hearts are numb for feelings.
There’s only temporary joy.
We say we’re fine, we say we’re happy,
But inside we know we lie.

Lord you alone have all the power.
You are love and you are light.
You can make our high walls crumble
Your light can pierce our darkest night.

Your love is gentle, kind and tender
Yet strong to reach the hardest heart.
You make the coldest hearts surrender.
Nothing is for you too hard.

So lord we stand here, longing, waiting
Saturate our cold hard hearts.
Bless us, so we are a blessing
To all of the world’s darkest parts.

Lord we’re hungry, lord we’re yearning.
Deep inside of us we know
We need your love for it’s the best love.
So let your love and mercy flow.

Let it flow till we are full
Fill us then lord, even more.
So that we are overflowing
More than we ever did before.

Because whe new overflow
Then and only ten we’ll be
Blessings to the once who are needy
And we’ll live in harmony.
