I'm *melting*
I forgot to update about my measurements a few days ago and then we went out of town, so I'm doing it now.
I'm melting away!!! I've lost 22.75 inches!!! So that makes a total of 23.8* pounds and 22.75 inches. This is so awesome!!! I can't even begin to say how happy I am and how much I love Nutrisystem. My break down looks like this:
Neck: -1.25
Chest: no change
Right upper arm: -2.50
Right forearm: -.25
Right wrist: -.25
Left upper arm: -1.50
Left forearm: -.25
Left wrist: -.25
Waist: -8.00 YEP 8 INCHES!!!
Hips: -3.00 (not too shabby either)
Right thigh: -1.50
Right knee: no change
Right calf: -.50
Right ankle: -.25
Left thigh: -1.50
Left knee: -1.00
Left calf: -.50
Left ankle: -.25
So with these results I actually don't mind that I'm the *incredible shrinking woman*, hahaha.
I can't wait until Wednesday - my second weigh in. I'm so anxious to get on the scale again because I'm loving this so much, but I don't want to get myself crazy over any fluctuations in the scale besides my weekly weigh in. I know that eventually I will have a stop in weight loss or my results won't be so great, so I'm liking keeping up just the weekly weigh ins for now, that way the loss seems more than if I saw a couple days without a loss.
Nutrisystem is definitely saving my life!
*Edit: 07.03.06 - Please read my post from today to find out why I have changed my starting weight. Due to math errors, I actually lost 21.8 pounds in my first week, still amazing!!!
