Inspired by kaishin108 I just spent a little over 10 minutes in meditation. I tried to load the meditation app she recommended but it appears to only be available for iPhone or iPad and I don't have those. Just have a MacBook laptop. For a while, I made a habit of sitting on my back deck in the Oh-Dark:30 hours of the morning focusing a healing light meditation under the stars.
