Terezi has a lot of ambition, but she is also good at keeping her goals and motivations fluid. One of the first things we learn about Terezi in canon is that she has a passion for justice and aspires to be a legislacerator, which is the troll equivalent of a detective, prosecutor and judge rolled into one. From a young age she worked toward that eventual goal by orchestrating the demise of wicked players she found in FLARP groups; she also studied Alternian law and made a practice of acting out complex court drama scenarios in her free time to practice her knowledge of the law, as can be seen in her character introduction when she acts out a trial with her stuffed toys. When the trolls entered the world of SGRUB she shifted her focus to completing the game, involving herself in political intrigue and unlocking the mysteries of her planet. After the trolls were forced to hide in the Veil, Terezi once again shifted her focus to finding a way to help the kids avoid dooming their session and finding a way to defeat Jack Noir, their ultimate enemy. Though her precise goals change based on her situation, Terezi always has a singular obsession with justice that guides her actions and the ambition to use that to achieve her goals.
In summary, Terezi's natural ambition, cunning, and skills in trickery and redirection make her a good fit for Slytherin.
However, Terezi also has some personality traits that would suit her to Gryffindor; she certainly exhibits plenty of courage and daring. While her hive was located high above the ground to keep her safe despite the unborn state of her lusus, Terezi interacted with other trolls during FLARP sessions, even though they had lusii to protect them and she did not. While she at first advocated for a sneaky way of dealing with Vriska after she crippled Tavros, once the situation blew out of control with Aradia's death Terezi went forward with a daring, almost reckless plan of revenge instead that ended in her losing her eyesight. Terezi is also shown attacking enemies in SGRUB with confidence despite her lack of eyesight. Furthermore, though these are events that occur after the pull point I am taking her from, late in the series Terezi reveals that she has a vast well of courage inside her, as she confronts both her own changing beliefs and a choice that defines the "what is good versus what is right" dilemma (that is, whether to kill Vriska or let her leave the Veil and alert Jack Noir to their hiding location, dooming the entire timeline). Terezi also exhibits a minor tendency to chivalry; she indulges Nepeta in online RP even though she thinks it is silly, often offers the meek (and weak, by many troll standards) Tavros encouragement and advice, spends quite a bit of time trying to build up Karkat's self-esteem and, though once again it falls after the pull point I've chosen, offers to help Sollux learn to "see" like she does after he loses his eyesight in a duel.
