Ok, the professional holiday cooking is done. Now I can focus on the personal stuff.

Of course I do still have some menus to write, prep lists to make and ordering to do. :(

A hearty batch of herb rich vegetable stock is going. It will be the base for the brining liquid for my birds with some set aside for the veggie stuffing.
