Anyone know where to buy a thingie to hand-press hamburger patties? They never cook evenly for me when I make them out of round lumps of meat which are then mashed on the countertop.

My mom used to have this hamburger-sized ring to put the meat in and a hand-powered piston-ey thing that you'd mash the ground meat flat with.
