I'm not sure when I started thinking that WFC was going to be a train wreck. I'd certainly heard that the last UK WFC wasn't run well and the same team was running this one. I bought an early membership anyway.

So amongst the wacky hijinks and drinking of WFC there was a bit of an unpleasant time yesterday evening when a creeper glommed onto our table in Charley's and proceeded to obnoxiously hit on most of the women at the table.

Update on WFC waiting lists - it appears the squeaky wheels get the grease, er memberships. So if the whole jurying the waiting list thing hasn't put you off going and you are on the waiting list, I recommend complaining loud and long.
