LOL, is that your new fandom? I have never even seen the movie, alas, much less done anything in the fandom. Someone on my flist -- gyzym -- writes in that fandom though. Her HP and White Collar stuff is amazing, so I bet her Inception stuff is good too, if you haven't seen it yet.

Ahhh, yes. I've read some of her Inception stuff which is why I wondered. Sigh. I need someone to squeal with me over Inception. *pouts at you*

Aw. Sorry! :-/

I feel like Inception is all over my flist lately, but somehow I can't seem to remember who's into it, beyond gyzym and merkuria...

YOU HAVE TO SEE INCEPTION, BB - if just to get gyzym's fics, which are beyond incredible.

It was gyzym's fic that first got me into White Collar, actually -- I read one of her stories without ever seeing the show (because it had spanking in it, I think? *is a sucker for that kink*), and then she and another friend dragged me into the fandom kicking and screaming. ;-) And her HP stuff was gorgeous too. She is so talented.

But for whatever reason I don't really have any interest in seeing Inception. :-/ I am not one of the cool kids!

Well, maybe you should just read her Inception fic anyway. You won't be sorry.

The Coffeeshop AU is something you'd love without having to have to see the film. It's just great writing, storytelling, characterization and plotting (and I had a very small hand in it, too).

Ooh, thank you! Anything of hers that doesn't require movie knowledge I will definitely check out, and that one sounds charming.

It is. It most certainly is.

Her Sherlock Holmes fic is terrific too. Frankly - if she decided to annotate the Yellow Pages, I'd read that in a heartbeat.

OMG, the coffeeshop AU was just gorgeous. *bookmarks for next recs post, though judging by the number of comments I am the only person on LJ who hadn't read it, LOL*

Thank you for the pointer!
