Because Really, What's More Exciting Than Watching Salt Water Pass Through Someone's Nose?
For a while, Mini Mew has enjoyed keeping me company in the bathroom while I do my Neti pot.
Cats always have to come in the bathroom with you, but something about Neti pot in particular gets him excited.
He celebrates by playing in the tub. Sometimes rolling around, flashing his belly and "barking" to me.
I've stolen many a valentine kiss that way. ;^D
Well now, Grey decided to get in on the Neti action. Because really, what is more exciting than watching salt water passing through someone's nose?
Yesterday, Grey actually jumped up on the sink and put his head right under the stream of water, coming out of my nose!
I saw him coming and expected him to swat the water, not stick his head in it.
Instantly I thought of that video mediocredeity sent me of the kitty who got his head wet under running water then drank the drops running down his face.
Thankfully Grey didn't drink the water.
But he sat there, not minding at all that salted, boogery, sinus flush water was running down the middle of his head.
He was fascinated by the water running down the drain, and felt the need to get in the stream, to get the closest look possible.
Cats are seriously weird!
But that's what makes them so fun.
He joined me again for this morning's Neti show, but was late and caught the very end of the stream.
