Have you seen anything about this yet?  My knee jerk response to reading this is to question if the US is becoming China.  This is a bill that would give the president the ability to "declare a cybersecurity emergency" and shut down or limit Internet traffic in any "critical" information network "in the interest of national security."   Which at
