Ok so I know I said I wasn't going to eat until tomorrow afternoon but I'm considering buying some tuna (yay lean protein) to eat before I go out to the bars. I'm just afraid that drinking on a completely empty stomach is going to make me feel really nauseous. A packet of the tuna I like is 180cals, so even if I eat the whole thing it's still under 200cals. I haven't committed to eating it yet so I'm not sure what I'll end up doing. Any thoughts?
