Tamaki is VERY CONCERNED. He got a definite vibe of, like, actual discomfort and being upset by someone? Which isn't something he sees a lot from Hikaru and Kaoru, because like all the Host Club members normally they're so good at bouncing back or looking like they've bounced back. So something that makes one or the other of them uncomfortable is definitely, definitely a reason for concern. And Kaoru has a good head on his shoulders and if he's upset it's pretty serious, right? Right
