Offer on a tiny little place in Fairborn has been accepted. Hoping everything goes smoothly this time. This is literally the last house on the list and the only one we think will squeak by the appraiser. It's pretty, but small.... There is an attic, but nowhere to put a staircase. We might put a ladder in the back of the closet so we can store things up there. Right now the only access is over the bathtub, and that won't do....
