Home again today **SIGH***
Alan woke up this morning gagging and throwing up...He complained he had nothing but a "quiet voice" and he felt alittle warm to me..he would not eat breakfast.....Called the doctor, went to the doctor and found out he had strep...Oh, yeah, strep...so in addition to the two days I stayed home I am home for a third...at least I got paid for one of them...
I guess there is really nothing else to say...stopped by Bi-lo on the way home and took advantage of the buy one /get one free sale for Londen Broils...thats always a good investment...Alan wanted potatoe chips and I went ahead and caved and paid for them without looking at the price....So When I got out of the store I check out the price and wanted to scream...When the hell did they start charging $3.79 for a friggin bag of pototoe chips...? Thats almost $4.00!!! I could get a whole bag of potatoes for $5.00!!! For god sakes...Is this also a result of the rising gas prices? I thought $2.79 was bad enough...He better enjoy those potatoe chips!! I am never, ever caving to a brand name again,....unless they have a major sale....!!! I usually buy the generic from Aldi or Walmart...Its been so long since I picked up a brand name....Also, stopped by Food Lion..but missed the Peel & Eat Shrimp sale...**SIGH**
I think I am playing Hair dressor this weekend...I am probably dying two peoples hair and triming one of theirs. I also have to do my own. I am also paying someone to mow my entire yard down with a ride on mower...My mower keeps dying when I tried to mow over the tall grass this weekend...I dont know if it was still wet or not... I am going to go out and try it again in a little bit...I hope it was the wet grass and something is not wrong with it.. I know I mowed several shorter areas and it did not die...
Also, my friend Scottie (Margarette's cousin) is moving to Rock Hill this weekend. He got a duplex....So we are taking him and James out to dinner on Friday night...I stopped by the store last night and brought him a house warming gift and his little boy a toy to play with.
