I'm ok, but laid up for a while.
As the subject says, I'll be ok, but I'll be spending quite a bit of time in bed for now.
Of all the things that I could have injured myself doing, like Larping or hiking Mt. Monadnock this weekend, I slipped on the stairs to our basement tonight and broke one of the bones in my foot. My doctor tells me the fracture is "not horrendous."
(sigh)
It seems likely to heal pretty well, but I'm out of work for weeks, most likely. I won't know for sure what the final deal is with it until tomorrow, when I see a specialist, but for now it's brace tonight, cast tomorrow, and lots of lying around with it elevated.
I'm writing this on my laptop in bed. My main email is on my other machine, which isn't very accessible. If you want to reach me in the next day or two, it would probably be better to use my gm at endgamelarp dot com addres, as I can read it with this machine.
