This hospital is in disgusting shape. It's being held back by the very person who is supposed to be running a big chunk of the program and I intend on making some very big changes.
Starting with the useless Chief of Surgery.
I walk through the hallways, getting unfamiliar stares and I know that the next thing I need to organize is a staff meeting. Arlington should have been shuffling me around the hospital and introducing me but he has something pressing in the Bahamas to get to.
Probably his mistress.
When I arrive in Sloane's office, I find her there with a baby, toys scattered all over and cookie crumbs on the leather crouch. I raise my eyebrow. "Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't realize this was the daycare. Where do I find the Chief of Surgery's office?"
