that's our ideal max, but we wouldn't refuse something if it was obviously worth it. granted, i am the one who can stretch it more. he has the far stricter budget.

Hmmm....then unless you want to live in a slum, you're probably going to have to a) get very lucky (not inconceivable, but will be hard this time of year), b) live a ways out of town, or c) live in a 'bad' neighborhood.
