WTF?
At 11:53 PM, I heard a really LOUD sound coming from outside, I can only barely describe how it sounded, but it started quietly and became loud enough to freak me out before fading quickly. Imagine watching the movie Twister during the F5 scene and holding the volume up button down until it maxes out. The only things I can think of is a wind micro-burst (no limbs creaking) or a low flying aircraft.
Having grown up on military bases and being in the Air Force for 7 years, I can say that I've never heard anything like it before.
Anybody else heard it? I'm in the North Seattle area, Bothell/Mill Creek to be precise.
