I made 2 quiche (or is it quiches?) tonight. “Bill’s” had feta, caramelized onions, dill, cracked black pepper and spinach since that’s what I knew he liked. “Mine” had all that PLUS provolone, havarti and BACON. Each was served over a bed of spinach dressed with balsamic, topped with eggs, candied pecans, and feta. It was a pretty satisfying supper for all. So much so that I think I may make quiche every week. There was absolutely no need to follow that meal up with a little chocolate and peanut butter fondue but it was V-Day so why not? We dipped apples, bananas, and kettle corn. We even sprinkled some crushed pistachio on our chocolate covered bananas and it was perfect.
