Brazil is...out?

Brazil football team, originally uploaded by AsafBrenner.
How, how could this happen? Brazil made a great early goal, but then Felipe Melo made an own goal. Then he got red-carded. And there's a statistic saying that no team has ever made a goal with only ten people on the team. So, GOOD JOB, FELIPE MELO. Good job.

I was a really loyal fan to Brazil, still am. They are the only team whose names I even bothered to remember. The other teams...not so much. But seriously, how are you supposed to remember a name like Schweinsteiger? I can't even pronounce it!

And I will admit, after the match. I was in shock. My mind didn't comprehend that Brazil was out. So, I didn't feel much emotion rather than shock. Then, I spoke with my cousin in Bangladesh about the match (we're both Brazil supporters) and she was really upset as well. She said she didn't even cry until someone hugged her. So, after our talk, we signed off.

And I was just in a foul mood the whole day, despite all the good things that happened. I finally learned how to reject (when it doesn't matter anymore xD) and I figured out I can type at 64 words per minute! I'm happy about my typing speed because my dad is always on my back about my typing speed. The conversations always go like this.

Me: Look Dad! I can now type pretty fast! Maybe you can stop nagging me about it.
Dad: I will not stop nagging you about it until you can type fast like your sister.
Me: OKAY, FINE. What was her typing speed?
Dad: I don't know, I know it was above 60.
Me: Okay, fine. -takes typing test and finds out it's 64 words per minute- LOOK, LOOK!
Dad: Good job, I'm proud of you.

Of course I figured out my sister types 100 words per minute, but let's not tell me dad that.

But despite all that, I still wasn't happy. And my family was questioning what was wrong and I kept on replying, "nothing," because I really didn't know.

But, when my sister hugged me, out of nowhere, I started crying.

I realized then that it had settled in, Brazil lost. Yes, I was that loyal of a fan.

But, it's over now and the next World Cup is going to be held in Brazil, so it'll all be good. :)

But if Germany wins the match against Argentina, that would make up for it a million times over.
