[It's been a rough couple of days for Roxas. Between fighting Shedinja to exhaustion and finding out Sora was gone, he hasn't been feeling the greatest. The Cianwood Gym: it uses Fighting-type, and gives out the Storm Badge and the Fly HM. The Gym leader has quite the enthusiastic personality.

By using it on multiple Pokémon, even if they belong to other trainers. That's the advantage with HMs: multiple uses.
