I started work for the new firm yesterday. Things are going well, but I miss that unemployed pace of life. You know, the kind where you can wake up at 8 (I used to be able to sleep in until past 10, but I'm old and lame now), get your pants on by 10 (and feel pretty productive for it) and then wander down to Broadway to pick up a coffee. It's then lunch time. By the time you've finished that, watched some bad TV, checked your email and gone shopping, the day is pretty much done. That was a good two weeks.
The people over at RSP seem cool so far. I've got a little bit of work, but I'm sort of starting from scratch again. I get the impression though that things will ramp up in the next few weeks.
Saskatoon is still good times. Pants is at Eva Avula tonight, which I think is pretty funny. She got free tickets, but I still don't think that's any kind of excuse to support that kind of music. We've still been socializing and hanging out with the Saskatonians.
