Busy busy. I have done a lot of things, which is odd considering all I supposedly have to do is wait for graduation. I've been to a Napalm Death gig, which was awesome, if bruising. The fact that I tried some "smoked beer" just before going would account for my presence in the mosh pit for most of the night. It was beer that tasted like bacon. Possibly the most incredible drink in the world.
I've attended the Summer Ball at university, which was kinda fun because seeing people in suits dance to Bjorn Again is hilarious. Not so hilarious things occured when a friend had a migraine attack, but by that point everyone was about ready to evacuate before East 17 made an appearance. Saw someone I lived with in the second year, and realised that they still are not capable of taking care of themselves while drunk. Funny to watch, but just not so nice to deal with.
I've been interviewed via telephone, which was successful apparently because when asked "Why should we consider you?" I said "Because I'm so good-looking". The world shouldn't work like that, but I'm told there are sound reasons behind why it did. I now have to go to Manchester on monday to be assessed for six hours, which will be good experience no matter what happens. The only fly in the ointment is that this company is looking for people to launch into sales careers, and from what I've heard about the section of industry known as sales I won't particularly enjoy that. But they tell me they assess my personality and match it up to a job, so I'm keeping an open mind at this point.
i'm sure you don't care
