Spoiler Free: Saw Pirate of the Caribbean 2 on the weekend. I'd turf those undies. Seriously; you could get a new pair for less that $5. Is it really worth all that pain to save $5?!

It's not about the money; it's never about the money. I just happen to be absolutely terrible at throwing clothing away. I will continue to wear clothing that I dislike, or that is literally falling to bits, until my wife actually takes said article of clothing away from me and disposes of it.

Maybe you need to take up patchwork... That way you can keep a piece of your clothing, while throwing out the part with holes in it.

(or, you could stitch the button hole a little smaller - just a couple of mm at the top and bottom of the hole - and your button wouldn't pop!)

That's a good idea, sewing the button hole smaller. Certainly better than pinning a pointy needle near your groin. 'Cause we're going to want children one day.
