Today  I did something that required a little planning, a little preparation, but totally paid off. I packed my workout clothes, shoes, ipod, and gym towel, took them to work, packed a lunch, and readjusted my meal/snack/caffeine schedule a little bit so I could exercise after work. Thanks! I tried the reverse and did it today before work. OMG it was hard! I'm just not that morning person athlete. I'm thinking keeping the afternoons going until I get some ground back. As nice as it is to get it out of the way first thing, mornings are tough enough already!

Thank you! It shouldn't be that hard to throw one's crap together and get going, but for some reason it seems like a big-ass effort for me.
