Does Tony say his father's sixth wife? Or just ex-wife? It's never actually established how many times Senior has been married, except it has to be at least seven (Tony has mentioned his mother, stepmothers two and four, Karen, Phoebe and Tony's godmother).
I'm not wild about Tony and Ziva competing over who can date one of the rangers first. I read a comment on a bulletin board today written by someone whose view of the humor is the same as mine. Why does Tony always have to be a jerk?
I like Gibbs forcing Ziva through the exercise of defending the man she suspects of being the killer. She needs to keep an open mind even when she's right about the suspect. I assume it's to avoid contaminating or slanting the case.
Her interrogation of him was wonderful and shows how far she's come in just a few months. She managed to keep the focus where it needed to be. She didn't change him-I'm sure he's still a racist bigot-but she was able to change the way he saw the victims enough to make him willing to help.
Do we ever find out what Gibbs gave Abby for her birthday?
That woman ranger is such an idiot. They find the girl in his root cellar-wouldn't that make you suspect that, well, he might be involved? So what does she do? Call him. Geeze.
I like this mystery because of all the shifts in the identity of their suspect. Nonetheless, the solution was rather trite and predictable.
