BREAKING BAD
I WATCHED TONIGHT'S NEW BREAKING BAD. SHIT IS GETTING REAL.
I mean, it's always been real, because that's how this show goes. But WOW. JESSE FIGURED OUT BROCK. JESSE IS GONNA BURN THAT SHIT DOWN. (Although I don't recall the house being burned out when future!Walt visited, so I suspect that's going to not actually work?) Also the amount of horrified/impressed I was by Walt's ballsy "confession" is impossible to quantify. Hank must want to KILL him.
I really have NO IDEA where this story is going. It's incredible.
Everyone is posting so much on LJ! I have a million tabs open with the intent to respond (and watch vids!), but I don't know if/when I'll get to it all. I've been swamped with work and prepping for Puplet's birthday party (which was today, and went great: a bunch of his friends actually showed up, the parents were all really nice, and Puplet was very polite about his presents), and the fact that I'm one week from Puptoo's due date, which seems impossibly close and forever away at the same time. Not to mention that my computer had some massive failure that required me to re-load the OS and all my software (a process still in progress, sigh...computers are such a COMPLICATED relationship). But it's nice to see people posting!
We also watched the Being Human (UK) finale. I really really liked how things fell out, although I am not a fan of the ambiguous ending technique in general - but I did see the deleted scene that everyone talked about and apparently it was not really ambiguous at all. Heh. It's a shame we couldn't have gotten more of the show, but what they accomplished in their five seasons was excellent. I still can't believe they changed out the entire main cast and I was ultimately okay with it.
I think you're pretty much caught up on my life now. I have some con reports open to read, even though I was EXTREMELY SAD about missing VVC this year and it's kind of like exposing myself to extra sad, but since at the rate I'm getting to things is glacier-paced, by the time I read them it may be time for NEXT year's VVC. Heh.
Now to find out what the heck I did with my camera software, so I can actually get these party pictures off my camera.
