Well that was unexpected
This post marks my 2000th post on Livejournal.

I didn't even see this coming! I just happened to look at my profile yesterday and saw 1999 entries. It snuck up on me! It took me a lot longer to get from 1000 to 2000, as evidenced by my 1000th post, but I made it nonetheless. I was actually going to post this yesterday, but I got a virus and so spent all day dealing with that instead. Good times! (What was good times yesterday was my lunch with Puplet and gwyn-r.)
I really want to do something to celebrate my 2000th post here, and I've been pondering over what I can do that would be easy and fun for more than just me (hopefully!), so I thought I would give this a shot:
You pick a random number between 1 and 1999 and I will make something for you based on that entry in some way. Maybe an icon about a fandom mentioned in that post, or a short ficlet, or a mix based on the song I was listening to, or a hand-drawn collage of goofiness. IT'S A SURPRISE.
And what I said in my 1000th post is truer now than ever (please note the prescient use of the word 'addicting' - hee):
Thanks to everyone who has read any or (the few of you!) all of these posts, and who have laughed, squeed, cried, comforted, got angry, congratulated, and cheered with me. Livejournal isn't addicting because it's a place I can talk about television. It's addicting because it's a community, and it has all of you in it. Here's to the next 1000! *pops the champagne*
