Very, very brief thoughts on the BSG finale. ( This is my poker face )

Between that and "Watchtower," I have this whole BSG/SPN crossover thing trying to happen in my head right now and IT IS NOT PRETTY.

I have yet to find anyone who thought the song was a good idea.

And dying to read your thoughts on Tigh. :)

I've just started reading episode reviews and people's reactions are very mixed. Heh.

I have many things to say about Tigh! I just need to sit down and write them down.

My reaction is mixed leaning more towards positive. And I feel like I'm letting down Lee for not thinking his speech was the best thing EVA! His confrontation with Laura packed more of an emotional punch for me. Perhaps because it was more unexpected. Lee just said things I've been thinking for years. ;)

Ron Moore. Ron Moore thought that song was a good idea, because it was Ron Moore's idea. I know, I know, we're all shocked.

I liked a lot more than I disliked; the biggest sticking point for me was the song. I recgonized it right away and it made me laugh which I don't think was what they were going for. Heh.

Starbuck I am holding judgment on until we find out what happened with her exactly - in 2008!

Me, too! Being a cylon explains a lot. Either that, or I have a 5 y/o who is particularly adept at picking up show tunes. I mean, the kid can sing "Let's call the whole thing off."

PS - In a moment of parental braggadochio (probably miss-spelled) I like to say that she was in two operas, as she was pretty big in my tummy when I was in them. In one road tour, I had to actually push myself full force through the bathroom door to get in. Ah, good times.

End parental glow-age. And, sorry.

Push myself through the bathroom door on the bus that is. I mean, I'm not that fat. Yet.

Stopping now.

Showtunes are good for kids, I think. They're so much fun! And your parental story was cute. :)
