I love the first and second ideas, but I think the first is my favorite. :) The idea of Ryan dancing and Seth filming him is just too adorable mixed with the right amount of angst.

I do love the first. I even have the intro stuck in my brain. Sophie in her beautiful pink dress, with flowers in her head and in her basket, and Kirsten and Sandy doing the finishing touches in the house, because the wedding is happening in their garden... and you might think it's Seth's getting married (like in the finale) only it's Ryan, to Barbara, and Seth's there as Ryan's best man and doing the filming and... you know? *g*
That's the thing about Nano, it helps you work and be under pressue. I do like mininano, mostly for the daily quotes and pictures, which help a lot. So I might try and either work on all three at a time, or try and finish one as fast as humanly possible and then work on another one. Still not sure. *g*

I like both story lines that aren't AUs, mostly because I've realized that whenever I do AUs, I need to write this whole background and that's just a saga waiting to happen. *g*

NaNo and you're writing brand new OC fic. I'm in a major nostalgia craze at the moment, rereading all my old OC favourites. It's so much fun. :-)
Go for the AU... I know they are lots of work but so worth it....I'm in love with your AU's and would love to "see" Ryan in a uniform with part of his background story involving his comming out while on active duty.
