Well, G.W. is poised in the perfect spot to do something grand. I hope he doesn't fall short and screw it up.

So, the Bush administration, along with others, is looking to revive, extend, and strengthen the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. This isn't exactly breaking news, but I've finally gotten to sit down and take a look at it. For the most part, I think that I think this is a good thing.
