Babies on the Run
Melissa got one of her teachers fired today. The teacher didn't double check the gate locks when they went outside for play time. They have double locks on there gates. One of them wasn't locked. Melissa opened the other one. Her and another kid tried to make a break for it. They were caught after they got about a foot out. The teacher was suspended. And apparently is going to be fired once the suspension is over. They had to make an incident report to there corporate office. And all the teachers have to re-go over procedural training.This is Melissa second escape. Last time she made it onto the playground. This time actually off school grounds. She is definitely finding the holes in there security for them.
Today Sue was out on vacation. Shes going to be out til Thursday. So I get to do her job. Russell had lots more room to move his little walker around. He made it all the way across the sales room several times.
Yesterday we went to Chris's Daughter Stephanie's first birthday party. They kids had lots of fun. It was a long drive but they got to nap. There was a 10 month old boy that was walking around like an expert. Russell Seems to be aiming for the walking goal. He's been standing up a lot. He's 8 months now. He has very strong legs.
