Yay, I found the Mehndi kit I was looking for! Adrianna (the Fierce!) introduced us to it a couple weeks ago at the Rampant Hedgehog, and I think I'm hooked. My design is still very dark in my palm, and I want to doodle on people!

I like making avatars. This one was fun :) Snipped from a larger sketch done via the inspiration of an SCA friend. I made the parchment and sepia tone all by my widdle fuzzy self!

So, initially it seemed that decent tickets were out of our comfortable price range. This was with me surfing TicketMaster (....idiot). Discussed this with the Mate last night, and said we'd give it a try going through Cirque du Soleil's own website. So, the Mate convinced me that blood splatters leading up to the youngster and its prize would be a bit over the top. *pout* Ok ok, for my Mother, yes. For me? No. I'll make a "bloodier" version, perhaps. Still no background, but at least they have mediocre shadows under them now so they're not entirely floating in space.
